poor info

Greetings estranged
I read this a few weeks ago and thought it was a bit poor , you would expect more detailed info about the nwobhm era coming from a pioneer like Jess, instead you have incorrect data stuff like Avengers singer being Venoms managers brother (Atomkrafts drummer was Venoms managers bro)
and a few other details. trivial to some people but us with a passion for this time, who were too young at the time like to hear the real story of the bands.
I would be curious to hear if anyone else agrees about this article, maybe its just me being picky and everyone else thinks its fine but as articles go I say 7 out of 10 give me WWW.metal-gods.net any day they always have the info.

hello my friend!!!!!!! *wow! Are there ppl in uk listening to nwobhm nowdays?! w.o.w!!!!
Well , i dont know about the avenger's brother, drummer or brother and i dont care basicly but anyway , i cannot express my view into this simply coz i dont know. As for the article itself , it was given to a magazine as far as i know and anyway , i think that when u are Jess Cox, u know exactly what point u wanna make about nwobhm... so maybe a webzine has got infos about the music we like , but i am sure that Jess Cox didnt have the intention to write an article which will function as a database for the nwm movement... if i ll meet him ever again , which i hope , i ll ask him
keep the flag hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh.

I thought it was bollocks. John Devrill was a better singer too. Jess Cocks is clueless tit. He might try reading Malc's book to get a better idea....

Hi Estranged and Esen Torr
I really think UK nwobhm fans are on the march I dont know if its just fashion or for some finding their brothers records and discovering the stuff for the first time but its no longer one or two of us any more. I looked back at Jess's review of the Nowbhm and think I may have been a bit too unfair, but trivia like that bugs me. Estranged your right its not a nwobhm data base just the lads take on things so I may be a bit too hard on the guy. Are any of you two going to Blitzkriegs gig in York??? now theres a turn up for the books, its better than having to travel to Europe to see bands who almost live on your door step. or on your doorstep Estranged
Hey Esen Torr where do you live in Yorkshire? I love the Yorkshire uber alles moto think i will get some tee shirts done. Talking of local gigs without traveling too far I heard a bit talk of a nwobhm gig in the N/East later this year with Venom, Blitzkrieg,Jaguar,Avenger and one or too other i cant remember !!Weapon was it.Now that will be cool cos these just dont play here much Europe always gets the cream of these bands an we get left out.
Mind you I reckon the bands know where their most loyal fans are the majority of UK fans are always into the next craze, European and USA metalers are maybe a bit more loyal to their heros eh?.
See you lads in York for the Krieg gig
