Vinyl, CDs, DVDs, T-shirts and patches, you name it and chances are we might have it. Most of all, you'll find customized, fast and friendly service.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY: We offer super-secure and easy online ordering for your merchandise. Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us and your information will never be shared, ever.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We proudly take VISA, Mastercard, American Express, cashiers check and PayPal.

PRIORITY MAIL: This is the way to go. Really quick and comes with free delivery confirmation for you US residents (2-4 days in the US; a week outside the US).

MEDIA MAIL: (US Only) Cheap, but takes a long time to get to your mailbox. Not available ex-US.

FIRST CLASS MAIL: (US Only) Faster than Media Mail, slower than Priority Mail, doesn't have automatic delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS MAIL: Slower than Priority Mail, good if you’re not in a hurry.


SHIPPING: We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service to all parts of the globe. We offer Priority Mail, Global Priority Mail, Air Mail and Media Mail. All shipping rates are based on total package weight.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: Once you place your order, you’ll get an email confirmation of your order automatically generated from the Hellride Music Superstore software. If you pay by credit card, you are never charged until we process the order manually. On occasion, we’ll run out of an item. We’ll notify you of this and you’ll always have a choice of picking another item or being refunded the amount immediately.

DAMAGED / LOST ORDERS: We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen unless you arrange to have your order insured or delivered by certified mail. If you would like to have your order insured, contact Hellride at chris@hellridemusic.com and we’ll give you a quote for insurance. Cost of insurance depends on the shipping method, destination and total value of your order.

RETURNS: We accept returns on merchandise that has been shipped by mistake or sealed merchandise that was damaged by the factory only.
